The last week has been particularly difficult with the passing of a family member.
Unfortunately the world doesn’t stop when these things happen and we have to keep moving forward. What I truly appreciate is the growth in the team that meant I could be away for a few days without the business burning down.
All of the time, effort, energy and focus that has gone into building the team over the past 9 months has paid off and CMG has become the well-oiled machine that we wanted it to be. Now that we are rapidly bringing on more and more clients, I have been involved with key team members in creating more unique strategies.
The collaborative culture that we have built allows us to build better and better strategies for our clients. We encourage our team to share their opinions and they know they will always be heard. Something that we have fostered since day 1.
Another exciting announcement for CMG this week was our application for the upcoming Social Media Awards. In our journey to becoming the #1 Digital Marketing Agency in Australasia, we must of course throw our hat in the ring and put up our flag.
Letting people know what you do, or putting your flag up, is another critical component of business. You MUST tell people you are here, what you do, and why they should be working with you over your competition.
