In 2017 I am really stepping up my content game and in doing so I will show you exactly what I do each day to grow my business and help my clients grow their’s.
In today’s episode we have a new team member, Nick, joining the Campbell Media Group. Nick is well versed in advanced Facebook advertising and will be working closely with me to develop strategies and bring on new CMG clients.
With the team growing at such a fast pace, I share how important it is to get your systems and processes right from the very beginning.
So today I spend most of my time working with Nick to bring him up to speed on the systems we already have in place, as well as begin to create new ones in the sales area specifically.
While going through our sales process I also share the power of having a road map in place that can guide both the salesperson and the prospect through a seamless process.
I talk about the Authority Roadmap quite often, which I developed for the Authority Academy, and each step showcases exactly what you will be working on and why it is important.
Having a roadmap like this stepped out for someone ensures there is no confusion when it comes to knowing where we are in the process and what we should be working on right now.
