In today’s episode we are talking a lot about content creation, why creating daily vlogs gives you a complete unfair advantage over everyone in your industry, some great examples of this is John Lee Dumas’ podcast and The Joe Rogan Experience. Both of these monolith creators offer a ridiculous amount of content that you just cannot catch up to.
If you began creating daily content right now, how much of a gap could you put between yourself and your competitors?
Another thing I discuss with our Social media specialist is keeping a dialogue of all communication you have with clients, team members and even yourself. If you don’t have a record of everything you have discussed you can end up in an area of ‘grey’. If you have a dialogue you can always go back to what was said so there are never any discrepancies.
