In today’s episode I’m having more technical issues with Facebook, which is starting to turn into a theme for this week. It just goes to show how easily someone who is inexperienced with Facebook advertising can find it so difficult to navigate, which is why you need to have people around you who are on the absolute cutting edge of Facebook and know how to handle these situations.
I always like to look at these situations from a positive, and I am able to share a few hacks I have learned when it comes to dealer with any type of customer support. We all know the feeling of trying to explain something and getting no where over the phone.
Today I also have a chat with my app developer who is building a secret app for us. A side project that has been in the works for quite some time and is moving ahead quite well.
