Welcome to Episode 66 of Brett Campbell’s #AllOrNothing. This is my daily entrepreneurship documentary series where you will get an inside look into my life and my entrepreneurial journey. I will show you exactly what I do each day to grow my business and help my clients grow their’s.
In today’s episode we are heading out to meet with clients in the morning. At Campbell Media Group we have been onboarding a stack of new clients in the past week and we are beginning to hit capacity with the current team we have, therefore we are going to continue growing rapidly and bring on new team members to help keep up with the demand.
Today I also have a great chat with some of my coaching clients who are in the early stages of building there online program and working on a new business venture as business partners. When you start to work with a business partner or a team of any kind, it is critical to get your systems and processes right from the start. That includes defining who is responsible for what tasks etc. I give my advice on how to make this process as smooth as possible.
Finally the team and I sit down and and talk about the expansion of Campbell Media Group and reflect on how far we have managed to grow in only 2 short months.
