In today’s episode I’ve got a whole new look! To kick off the day Jake and I are discussing why I love being able to let others take charge on projects in the business that I previously would have done myself, in this case designing the Campbell Media Group website.

A lot of business owners struggle to delegate to their team in the early days which can be detrimental to growth. Letting go of a perfectionist mindset and being okay with things not being done EXACTLY how you would do them the secret to delegating effectively.

Later in the day I share with you how to write sales copy that converts and give you a sneak peek into one of the sales funnels I am writing for our new CMG website. I have a simple process when it comes to writing that I have used for a lot of things including writing my book. When it comes to writing the best thing you can do is have a solid framework to follow. This will save you an insane amount of time!
